Aecon is looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to support safety efforts at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Facility. In this position, you will conduct safety orientations, train employees on our Health, Safety and Environmental Manual, and facilitate workplace safety inspections. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate safety orientations and training programs
• Oversee workplace inspections and conduct audits




• Create and update comprehensive safety plans
• Analyze EHS trends and implement corrective actions
• Communicate with government safety agencies effectively

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant safety role
• NCSO certification or equivalent required
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
