Connect with students as a full time Program Coordinator for STEM & Career Programs at Agriculture in the Classroom Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. This role is pivotal in guiding Grades 7-12 students to explore careers in agriculture.
In this position, you will manage the execution of STEM-related events, including the thinkAG Career Expos. Strong logistical planning and communication are essential as you facilitate student interactions and support volunteer engagement. Building collaborative relationships with educators and industry partners will also be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate STEM and career programs from inception to follow-up
• Manage registrations, budgets, and materials
• Facilitate impactful learning experiences for students
• Recruit industry volunteers and mentors
• Develop content and use feedback for program improvement
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant experience in related fields
• 1-2 years coordinating educational programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with youth engagement initiatives
• Competence in managing multiple priorities
