PRT is looking for a motivated Grower 2 who will play a significant role in maintaining nursery operations. You'll be tasked with overseeing irrigation, monitoring seedling health, and following Integrated Pest Management protocols. The ideal candidate should embrace teamwork and have a genuine interest in environmentally friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate climate control systems for optimal growth
• Inspect seedlings for pests and diseases
• Train nursery workers in best safety practices
• Maintain accurate records of growth and pesticide use
• Collaborate with team members to assess progress

Requirements:
• Experience in nursery/farming settings preferred
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
• Ability to lift materials and work in varying temperatures
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts as needed
• Valid Driver’s License for transportation
