Bringing strong leadership to the Windsor Jewish community, the Executive Director oversees all aspects of management, strategic direction, and relationship building with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure sound financial management and resource development
• Act as the ambassador for the Federation with external partners




• Enhance donor relations and coordinated programming
• Manage operational aspects of campaigns and initiatives
• Lead the creation of an inclusive, strategic programming calendar

Requirements:
• At least three years in a senior management capacity
• Expertise in fundraising and community outreach
• Passion for Jewish community life and capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Degree in Social Work, Business, or relevant fields
