• Support coordination of annual performance evaluations

• Assist with current joiner integration and mentoring

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; JD or law firm experience a plus
• Significant experience in Talent Management preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Foster relationships with senior leaders effectively
