Take on a critical role at FirstService Residential as a Property Accounting Portfolio Specialist. This position is key in managing financial reporting and enhancing client financial operations.

As part of the Client Accounting Team, you will manage financial statement packages and oversee account reconciliations for a diverse client base. This role requires deep collaboration with the Property Accounting leadership and the property management teams, focusing on transparency in financial operations and client satisfaction. You’ll attend Board meetings, provide crucial insights into financial matters, and guide annual budget processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for client portfolios
• Collaborate with various departments for service enhancement




• Conduct regular business reviews on financial performance
• Investigate discrepancies in financial reports
• Assist with financial audits and budget planning

Requirements:
• Proven experience in financial statement analysis
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
