Key Responsibilities:
• Develop trusted partnerships with leadership and team members
• Offer strategic guidance on talent management and organizational structure
• Analyze and improve employee engagement and retention metrics




• Facilitate performance management and coaching initiatives
• Manage organizational change and development strategy

Requirements:
• 7+ years of HR expertise, particularly in advisory roles
• Solid knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Understanding of Quebec employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in organizational design and leadership coaching
• CHRP/CRHA designation considered beneficial
