In this full time position, supported by the Head of Human Resources, you will spearhead key initiatives for attracting and retaining talent. You'll work across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and developmental activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete recruitment cycles and onboarding
• Facilitate learning and development sessions for employees
• Develop programs that enhance employee engagement
• Analyze talent data to inform HR strategies
• Create HR resources supporting staff and leaders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
• CHRP certification is desired
• 4-6 years in HR roles with progressive responsibility
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driving license with vehicle access
