In this position, you will report to the Corporate Joining Manager and utilize your experience in joining and manufacturing technologies, such as RSW and GMAW. With a minimum of five years in relevant fields, you’ll play an essential role in product launching and advanced process development within our Metallics Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, validate, and implement joining processes for assembly systems
• Provide authoritative advice on validation strategies
• Manage capital equipment specifications and procurement
• Collaborate with engineering teams for effective solutions
• Stay abreast of trends in joining technologies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Degree in Welding Engineering or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD applications
• Robust communication skills in English
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
