Ledcor Highways Ltd. is looking for dedicated individuals to fill seasonal Operator roles from October to April. You will operate snowplow trucks, maintain roads, and perform necessary labor duties under various weather conditions. A valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license is required, and training will be provided for those lacking heavy equipment experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and other heavy equipment
• Assist with maintenance tasks like pothole repairs
• Perform cleaning duties for bridges and signage




• Ensure Alberta highways remain safe during winter
• Embrace outdoor work in all weather situations

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license needed
• Clear driver’s abstract for the last three years
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings
• Ability to lift heavy loads, up to 50 lbs
• Previous snowplow operation experience is helpful
