As a Coordinator, you will manage prison in-reach programs aimed at promoting safe practices and supporting reintegration for those at risk. Your work will involve building community partnerships and developing resource materials to meet the unique needs of the incarcerated populace, enhancing accessibility to health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement educational programming about safer practices
• Facilitate case management and support for those in need
• Establish connections with community health organizations
• Co-develop resources with incarcerated individuals
• Train service providers to ensure culturally secure support
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the socio-economic issues facing prisoners
• Experience working with over-represented communities
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email
