Enhance TFP's quality initiatives as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee audits, compliance, and quality improvements across a network of fertility clinics.

In this full time, permanent position reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), you will be pivotal in implementing standardized quality practices across TFP's clinics. With at least five years of quality assurance experience in a regulated health sector, you will lead internal compliance audits and ensure registration for inspections, driving continuous quality improvements throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the rollout of quality management systems in clinics
• Lead internal audit programs for compliance assessment




• Track non-conformances and manage CAPA reporting
• Coordinate clinics' readiness for Health Canada inspections
• Educate clinic teams on quality assurance practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field
• Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance
• Understanding of Health Canada regulatory frameworks
• Strong skills in audit planning and execution
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
