Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall operation of Cabri Farm Centre
• Supervise, schedule, and support staff
• Enhance customer service and sales management
• Monitor inventory levels and manage budgets
• Identify and address operational issues proactively

Requirements:
• Experience in Agro/Farm Centre management
• Strong merchandising and marketing skills needed
• Pesticide Dispenser License required
• This role is a Safety Sensitive Position
• Will be subject to pre-employment Alcohol & Substance testing
