Your role will involve creating and adjusting course materials, delivering in-class instruction, and assessing student outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with a Job Developer to track the youth’s progress and provide necessary support for their job placements. The position also requires participation in follow-up sessions to enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and refine instructional materials
• Deliver course-specific classroom training
• Assess and document students’ progress
• Collaborate with Job Developer for youth readiness
• Participate in follow-up wellness sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years teaching experience with diverse students
• Knowledge of current labor market standards in Saskatchewan
• Understanding of adult learning methodologies
• Awareness of multicultural values and perspectives
• Robust organizational and positive interpersonal skills
