Allshores is on the lookout for a Legal Counsel with a multi-jurisdictional focus to manage legal and regulatory risks across diverse operations. This role integrates support for corporate governance and strategic growth initiatives.

As an integral part of the Legal & Compliance team, you will handle legal challenges in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Europe, and the Caribbean. Your responsibilities include providing legal advice, supporting M&A; activities, and engaging with regulators. This position requires a proactive approach to legal compliance and strategic thinking in a complex business setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal insights on regulatory requirements
• Lead initiatives for acquisitions and market expansion




• Collaborate with regulators to ensure compliance
• Draft and advise on contractual agreements
• Stay updated on changes in legal landscape

Requirements:
• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Direct regulatory interaction experience is an asset
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage legal obligations across jurisdictions
