Support Reliable Controls in maintaining effective inventory management as an Inventory and Materials Clerk. This role emphasizes receiving materials and ensuring inventory accuracy within a structured workplace.

The successful candidate will manage materials as an Inventory and Receiving Clerk for Reliable Controls based in Victoria, BC. With at least two years in inventory processing, you will record receipts, handle cycle counts, and fulfill production requests efficiently. Communication skills and attention to detail are essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and accurately record materials into inventory systems
• Maintain accurate shipping records and document compliance




• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Utilize FIFO principles for inventory management
• Coordinate outgoing shipments to meet production needs

Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in inventory handling
• Medium-high proficiency in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards is a plus
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and processes
• Capacity to lift up to 60lbs
