This role is vital for maintaining recreational facilities while working 24 hours a week from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. You will guide part-time staff and help resolve any issues that may arise during programming. A solid understanding of sports equipment and maintenance practices is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Check the activity schedule for daily programming tasks
• Collaborate with student teams on equipment setup
• Conduct facility maintenance and cleanliness checks
• Address minor repairs and monitor inventory
• Provide leadership during recreational programming support

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of sports equipment setup and safety
• Keen attention to detail in maintaining facility standards
• Ability to monitor and address safety concerns
