This position as a Pool Technician involves working closely with the Maintenance Manager to uphold our facility’s integrity and charm. You will oversee the maintenance operations of more than eight pools, ensuring they are clean, well-balanced, and safe for guests. Your role will also include reporting on the facility and troubleshooting any minor plumbing issues to maintain a serene environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage chemical levels and maintenance of multiple pools
• Fix plumbing issues as they arise in the facility
• Assist with the Annual Maintenance Plan within the team




• Organize supplies and stock essential materials
• Maintain communication with the Maintenance Manager about facility status

Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in facility maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of water treatment and HVAC systems
• Flexibility for wide-ranging work hours, including weekends
• Strength to lift up to 60 lbs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
