Process client service requests and prepare documentation, correspondence, and follow-up communications

Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve service inquiries and maintain current client records

Prepare, review, and submit new business applications

Monitor applications through underwriting and approval, following up on outstanding requirements

Provide advisors with updates on applications, service requests, and file status

Support advisor operations through meeting preparation, onboarding administration, and documentation coordination

Maintain organized electronic records compliant with privacy, regulatory, and internal standards

Support reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience in insurance, wealth management, financial services, or perks

Experience in Individual Insurance is a must

Strong working knowledge of Excel, DocuSign, and Copilot

Strong attention to detail

Ability to maintain accurate, complete,



and organized files
