Play a key role in space management at Scarborough Health Network as the Director of Space Management and Operational Readiness. This permanent, full time position drives innovation in facility operations and safety.

As part of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Associate VP, Infrastructure and Facilities. Bringing 10-15 years of extensive experience in healthcare redevelopment, you’ll oversee various strategic initiatives to optimize space and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct organization-wide furniture and procurement standards
• Ensure compliance with healthcare design and safety regulations
• Oversee space utilization, activation, and transition planning




• Manage operational readiness assessments for new facilities
• Develop business continuity and risk management plans

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
• Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent
• 10-15 years in healthcare leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and projects
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
