Lead safety operations at Rabbit Hill Snow Resort as the Pro Patrol Manager. Oversee a dedicated team to ensure emergency responsiveness and uphold strong safety standards.

This seasonal full time role runs from October 1, 2026, to mid-April 2027. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the manager will supervise the Pro Patrol team, coordinate emergency procedures, and foster a proactive safety culture. Ideal candidates will have professional ski patrol experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Pro Patrol team and Canadian Ski Patrol
• Schedule, train, and evaluate patrol staff
• Enforce Alpine Responsibility Code and safety policies
• Manage emergency response protocols and drills
• Maintain accurate safety records and reports

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional ski patrol experience
• Advanced First Aid or EMR certification required
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks
