Turner & Townsend is searching for a dedicated Senior Estimator with at least eight years of experience in construction cost estimation, particularly in M&E; infrastructure. Assisting clients through detailed cost analyses and presenting cost estimations will be key components of your work. You will drive value engineering and collaborate closely with project teams to align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and defend detailed cost estimates for infrastructure
• Review and validate costs from General Contractors




• Conduct cost reconciliation and defend cost justifications
• Lead value engineering initiatives for cost efficiency
• Interface with clients and stakeholders for project impact

Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 8-15 years in estimating for infrastructure projects
• Expertise in M&E; and rail systems
• Fluency in English and French considered an asset
• Membership in relevant organizations is advantageous
