AgeCare Ltd. is seeking an Infection Prevention and Control Lead to work with the IPAC team to implement and oversee the Home's IPAC program.
You will lead planning, development, and evaluation of system-wide improvements in infection prevention and serve as a role model to promote IPAC goals within the organization. The role requires solid IPAC knowledge, outbreak management experience in long-term care, and certification/registration with provincial nursing college.
