As a Verifications Associate, you will work within our operations team, ensuring that KYC guidelines are met and addressing any potential risks. Your communication skills will be vital in engaging with customers, while your attention to detail keeps records accurate and up to date. You will also participate in ongoing training and projects that strengthen our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scrutinize and approve customer ID documentation
• Resolve cases and escalate issues as necessary




• Provide customer support and gather additional information
• Execute PEP and Sanction screening tasks
• Ensure adherence to KYC compliance standards

Requirements:
