Deliver specialized physiotherapy services for cardiovascular patients at the Schulich Heart Program. Collaborate with a team of health professionals to provide comprehensive patient assessments and interventions.

In this role, you will work closely with interprofessional teams to assess patient needs, design interventions, and make recommendations for ongoing care. Your involvement in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities will be essential to enhancing care standards. Mentor students and engage in research activities as part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments for cardiovascular patients
• Develop customized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Collaborate with health care professionals in patient management




• Participate in quality improvements and evaluative activities
• Provide educational guidance to physical therapy students

Requirements:
• M.Sc.PT or equivalent degree required
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Rostered for tracheal suctioning and inhalation as needed
• Experience in working with cardiovascular patients
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
