Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily Driver schedules and dispatching
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fleet contingency plans
• Verify and maintain delivery appointment schedules




• Provide real-time updates on delivery challenges to customers
• Analyze delivery transactions to support KPI targets

Requirements:
• Education: Grade 12 with logistics certification preferred
• At least three years logistics experience required
• Solid verbal communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and routing technology
• Familiarity with safety and transportation regulations
