In this position, you will drive fleet vehicles and assist members experiencing battery failures and other vehicle issues. You will utilize your technical skills and knowledge of local geography to provide timely support during emergencies. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive CAA vehicles according to traffic laws and procedures
• Provide roadside assistance, including battery boosting and towing
• Respond promptly to service requests dispatched by CCG




• Evaluate safety at breakdown scenes and address member concerns
• Maintain operational readiness and proper use of equipment

Requirements:
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge in vehicle services
• Robust customer service background
• Understanding of Winnipeg and rural Manitoba areas
• Experience operating tow trucks or similar vehicles
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable demerit score
