AVI Health & Community Services (AVI) seeks a part time SAFER Nurse to join the Victoria SAFER Clinic team. You will work under the Clinical Nurse Lead and Nurse Manager to provide participant-centered primary care, harm reduction, and education for individuals with complex health needs and poly-substance use.
Responsibilities include assessments, referrals, and collaboration with community partners to support access to prescribed pharmaceutical alternatives and comprehensive health services.
