Become an integral part of Banyan Capital's finance team as an AP & Payments Coordinator in Mississauga. This position is focused on optimizing the accounts payable cycle and payment processes.

As an expert in accounts payable, you will utilize Sage Intacct to manage vendor interactions, ensure timely payments, and streamline financial workflows. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, you'll work alongside the Controller, enhancing the company's credit card program and expense visibility. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle from invoice to payment
• Reconcile vendor records and handle queries efficiently




• Lead administration of corporate credit card and expense reimbursements
• Prepare for month-end AP closings and audits
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and CRA guidelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• 3-5 years of hands-on AP experience required
• Advanced skills in Excel, including PivotTables
• Excellent communication and judgment skills
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems is a plus
