Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and create treatment plans for upper extremity recovery
• Deliver splinting, wound care, and pain management
• Collaborate with plastic and orthopedic surgeons




• Engage patients in therapeutic activities to regain function
• Monitor and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress

Requirements:
• Accreditation from the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• 3-5 years’ hand therapy experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptability in a quick-paced clinic setting
• Current BLS certification needed
