Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Personal Shopper's appointment calendar
• Draft official invitations and manage client correspondence
• Represent the Personal Shopper in communications
• Track and maintain client data for accuracy
• Prepare materials for upcoming client interactions
Requirements:
• Completion of High School diploma
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Robust skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
