The Activity Worker collaborates with team members and residents to enhance social, cultural, and recreational engagement. A flexible schedule is required, with potential weekend and evening work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute individualized and group activities for residents
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records
• Oversee volunteer coordination for activity enhancement




• Ensure proper maintenance of supplies and storage areas
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents and staff

Requirements:
• Therapeutic Recreation diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in program delivery
• Dementia Care education is beneficial
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
