We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with 2+ years of concierge or upscale service experience to become our Concierge. This role is key to nurturing resident connections, answering inquiries, and promoting an inviting atmosphere. You will assist with events while remaining the friendly face of Rhapsody.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm welcomes and support to residents and guests
• Address inquiries and manage community security
• Coordinate and assist residents with various services
• Help organize and conduct resident events
• Support marketing efforts through social media engagement

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in upscale customer service
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and independent judgment abilities
• Willingness to work flexible evening and weekend shifts
