Become an IT Support Specialist at Fidus, specializing in Azure, security compliance, and AI integration. This role is primarily based in our Kanata office four days a week, ensuring operational excellence.

In this pivotal position, you will oversee IT help desk functions while managing the deployment of AI technologies efficiently. Your responsibilities will include administering our Azure and Microsoft 365 systems as well as providing direct IT support to end users for their technological needs. A focus on security best practices and compliance will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage help desk operations and support ticket flow
• Lead AI tool adoption and implementation initiatives
• Administer and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365




• Offer hands-on IT support and troubleshooting
• Enforce security measures and compliance best practices

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant IT experience
• Extensive knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks
• Working experience with Linux systems
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
