The University of Guelph is looking for a passionate skilled to manage the LANG GoodWorks project. You will create learning opportunities for business students by engaging nonprofits and social enterprises. Reporting to the Associate Dean, you'll oversee the growth of partnerships and track the initiative's impact on both students and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen partnerships with nonprofits and community stakeholders
• Develop and manage paid experiential internships and projects
• Collaborate with faculty for integrated community learning




• Lead communications and events showcasing program impact
• Evaluate and report on GoodWorks outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree desired in a relevant field
• 3-6 years experience in partnership management
• Familiarity with project management involving diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enthusiasm for community-driven business education
