Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies
• Facilitate cooperative planning with stakeholders
• Address readiness and training needs for impacted teams
• Document change management issues and prepare solutions




• Participate in refining MPI’s change management methodologies

Requirements:
• Undergraduate in Business Administration or related field
• At least five years in change management roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Advanced communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Must be able to travel locally with a valid driver’s license
