YESAB is looking for a full-time Senior Assessment Advisor for a two-year term. This essential role involves guiding significant assessments while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will provide impactful advice to the Assessment Director and work collaboratively with various stakeholders, focusing on training and on-boarding within the assessment unit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on high-profile assessment projects and processes
• Ensure compliance with assessment legislation




• Work closely with Assessment District Managers
• Lead resolution of sensitive socio-economic and environmental issues
• Train and onboard new assessment unit staff

Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Science, Management, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of Yukon assessment principles
• Experience engaging Indigenous representatives
• Robust technical skills in impact assessments
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
