We are currently looking for an experienced Equipment Operator in the Earth Works division. The role focuses on operating heavy equipment such as load trucks and excavators while performing necessary inspections. A valid 3A or 1A license is essential for hauling equipment to different sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery safely on construction sites
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance tasks
• Transport and haul equipment and materials efficiently
• Report hazards and follow safety protocols strictly

Requirements:
• Proven experience in earthworks or civil construction
• Current 3A or 1A Saskatchewan driver’s license
• Solid grasp of site grading and equipment handling
• Willingness to work in fluctuating weather conditions
