Mercer Canada is seeking a Health & Advantages Analyst for its Ottawa office. Engage in hybrid work while delivering value through strategic analysis of employee benefit programs.

In this role, you will participate in a collaborative environment focused on enhancing client service. Responsibilities include performing complex financial analyses of employee benefits, managing project timelines, and participating in client discussions. You will deepen your understanding of health benefits products, tools, and insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze employee benefit cost projections
• Validate and compare premiums during vendor renewals
• Produce detailed client reports and monitoring analyses




• Gather and prepare data for advanced financial evaluations
• Support relationship building through effective communication

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of relevant industry experience
• Degree in finance, business, or related field
• Strong skills in data analysis and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
