As part of the Centre for Teaching Excellence, you will collaborate closely with faculty to enhance their teaching methods and support student learning. Your expertise in curriculum development and educational theories will drive the initiatives that contribute to a rich learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver impactful faculty workshops
• Promote teaching excellence across university programs
• Consult on effective teaching and learning strategies
• Develop UNF’s University Teaching Certificate offerings
• Collaborate with academic support units for holistic faculty development
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; PhD preferred
• At least 5 years of university teaching experience
• 3-5 years in faculty development roles
• Proven experience in course and curriculum design
• Solid communication and management skills
