In your role as a Backhoe Operator, you will work directly under Site Supervisors, focusing on a variety of tasks essential for successful construction management. A solid background with at least two years of experience operating backhoes, along with concrete removal knowledge, is preferred. Safe operation and routine equipment checks are vital to our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate backhoe for concrete curb and sidewalk projects
• Execute bulk excavation and prepare loads for disposal
• Finish grading for project readiness
• Adhere to set maintenance routines for equipment
• Perform daily inspections on backhoe machinery
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of backhoe operation
• Experience in construction, especially road work
• Robust safety awareness and adherence to guidelines
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
