Take the lead as a Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor at Revital Polymers, where your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing operations. Manage a skilled team while enhancing plant performance through maintenance initiatives.
This role requires you to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and timely, while contributing to plant improvements and managing utilities. You'll be expected to inspect equipment, coordinate with contractors, and maintain high standards of compliance throughout the facility. Your leadership will be vital in training staff and collaborating with different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance staff and develop their skills
• Address equipment issues and schedule preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for tools and parts
• Collaborate with OEMs for troubleshooting and repairs
Requirements:
• Licensed Trade Millwright essential
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Productive in MS Office and maintenance tracking software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in high and low voltage electrical troubleshooting
