This hands-on role involves collaborating closely with our Senior Winemaker across all stages of winemaking, from grape reception to bottling. You will play a key role in elevating our wine quality through meticulous processes and craftsmanship. If you’re keen on the detail-oriented side of winemaking, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and process premium wine grapes
• Track fermentation processes and maintain records
• Engage in blending trials and wine evaluations




• Support planning and execution of harvest activities
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the cellar

Requirements:
• Five harvests required in a commercial winery
• Educational background in Oenology or related field
• Robust wine tasting and assessment abilities
• Experience with cellar equipment operation
• Must lift 50 lbs and work extended hours during harvest
