In your role as Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall nursing care provided to residents. Collaborate closely with team members, including physicians and support staff, to ensure all care needs are met efficiently. Your experience in nursing will guide the daily operations and quality of care in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing care in alignment with regulations
• Train and support RPNs and PSWs throughout shifts
• Evaluate and manage residents' health needs effectively
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with standards

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Flexibility for up to 24 hours of work per week
• Completion of a police background check necessary
• Willing to engage in continuing education
