Join Lifestyle Home Products as a Location Manager and lead installation operations for our Windows and Doors teams across Western Ontario. Coordinate crew assignments and ensure successful project readiness.

In the role of Location Manager, you'll take responsibility for daily operations of installation teams, ensuring job assignments are efficiently managed. Confirming materials are on site before installation day is critical, along with providing support for crews throughout project execution. You'll also analyze your location's performance metrics to drive quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign jobs and oversee scheduling for installation teams
• Verify materials are on-site ahead of installation dates




• Serve as the go-to person for crews on the ground
• Monitor and report on completion rates and quality
• Travel to job sites within Western Ontario

Requirements:
• Experience with managing installers or trades
• Robust organizational talents and valid driver’s license
• Prior leadership experience is advantageous
• Willingness to travel across Western Ontario
• Clean driving history required
