Lead cash processing efforts as a Supervisor in Treasury operations, supporting our clients in investment management. Ensure timely processing and communication for financial transactions.

In this role, you will engage directly with clients and supervise a dedicated team. Your responsibilities include monitoring payment processes and preparing transaction reports, all while adhering to established operational procedures. With 2-5 years of financial services experience, your focus on customer service and detail-oriented nature will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily payment processing and reporting
• Facilitate communication with clients and team
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on operational policies




• Lead troubleshooting and performance discussions
• Maintain Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) efficiently

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• 2-5 years’ experience in financial data entry
• Solid attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
