Become a Strategic Consultant at Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness, focusing on system planning for children's mental health in Oxford and Elgin. Lead changes through analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

In this role, you'll manage multi-year service planning and engage with various stakeholders to enhance children's mental health systems. Your work will involve identifying gaps in services and assessing their impact on community health outcomes. Through data-driven decision-making and quality improvement initiatives, you will support system-wide health strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning projects for children's mental health
• Build relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis to establish planning priorities




• Oversee project coordination and reporting
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance services

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health administration or related field
• 5 years of experience in relevant sectors
• Certification in project management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Solid analytical and presentation skills
