Execaire Aviation is looking for a energetic Customer Service Supervisor to enhance our customer experience. You will supervise a dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives, managing their daily tasks, providing operational oversight, and ensuring adherence to service standards. Your role includes resolving customer issues and maintaining the quality of service for all passengers and crews.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Customer Service Representatives' daily operations
• Ensure high quality and professionalism in customer interactions
• Monitor performance and manage work assignments




• Provide mentorship and foster staff development
• Act as point of contact for VIP passenger services

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of customer service experience, particularly in aviation
• Strong preference for supervisory experience
• Knowledgeable in billing processes and customer management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and FBO software
