This role entails an active engagement in managing client relationships and providing guidance on policy changes. You will collaborate with PIB’s Account Executive and interact closely with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction with our services. As a licensed broker, you will identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for policy assistance
• Foster client loyalty through proactive service
• Negotiate terms for optimal client satisfaction




• Collaborate with the Account Executive for renewals
• Generate leads for additional coverage options

Requirements:
• RIBO Licensed or willingness to obtain
• Over 3 years of relevant service experience
• Knowledge of group insurance and affinity programs
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• Familiarity with broker management systems like EPIC
