As the Industrial Participation Manager, you will spearhead the development of strategies that meet the company’s IP requirements. Collaborating with executives and bid teams, your role will involve crafting plans that meet contractual obligations and capturing new participation opportunities. Engaging with various stakeholders will ensure that our initiatives are effectively executed across global programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies for Industrial Participation compliance
• Lead the establishment of ITB & Offset common approaches




• Support proposals ensuring Industrial Participation accuracy
• Monitor compliance and performance across programs
• Generate Offset reports accurately for relevant authorities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years in Supply Chain or Program Management
• Robust understanding of Industrial Policy and Offset Programmes
• Proven stakeholder and communication skills
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities
• Eligibility for required security clearance
